This notice explains what data we collect on venture180.com, what we use it for, and what you can ask us for at any time.
Who handles your data
Venture 180 LLC, based in Utah, United States. For anything related to your data, write to support@venture180.com.
What data we collect
Only what you type into our forms. If you’re a creator: name, email, optional phone, your social profiles, your niche, your community size, the links you share and your reason for joining. If you represent a brand: company, name, role, email, optional phone, website, the service you’re after, your goal, a budget range and whatever you tell us about the product. We don’t use third-party trackers to profile you.
What we use it for
To review your application or prepare your proposal, and to reply to you. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your data, and we won’t use it to send you marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.
On what legal basis
On your consent, given when you tick the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
With the providers needed to run the site: Resend, which delivers your submission to our inbox, and Vercel, where the site is hosted. If you accept analytics cookies, also with Google Analytics. None of them use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Applications and requests are kept while the relationship is active and, after that, for a maximum of two years in case you get back in touch. They are deleted after that.
What you can ask us for
To access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to support@venture180.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies and browser storage
We store two of your preferences in the browser so the site doesn’t ask twice: whether you’re on the creator side or the brand side, and which language you read in. They are functional, identify nobody and need no consent. Analytics (Google Analytics) only loads if you accept it in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time.
Minors
This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don’t accept applications from people below that age. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors: if we spot that an application comes from one, we delete it. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe we received your child’s data, write to us and we’ll remove it.
Where your data is stored
Venture180 operates from the United States and so do its providers, so if you write to us from another country your data travels there to be handled. By sending the form you agree to that transfer. US data protection law may differ from your country’s.
How we protect it
The whole site runs over HTTPS, so what you type travels encrypted. Access to the inboxes where submissions land is limited to the people who actually need to read them. That said, no internet-connected system is infallible, and we won’t pretend otherwise: if there were ever a breach affecting you, we would tell you.
We don’t sell or share your data
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for targeted advertising, in the sense California and other state privacy laws give those words. If you live in a state that grants you extra rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, or not being subject to automated decisions), write to us and we’ll honour them at no cost and without treating you any differently for asking.
Links to other sites
From here you can head out to WhatsApp and, once the accounts are live, to our social profiles. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and we don’t control what they do with your data once you’re there.
If we change this notice
We may update it when the way the site works or the providers we use change. The date above says when we last did. If a change actually affects what we do with your data, we’ll tell the people who have written to us before it takes effect.
