These are the terms under which we offer this site and the information on it.
What this site is
An informational page about the Venture180 ambassador network and its services. It is not a shop: nothing is sold or shipped here.
Applying is not joining
Sending the creator form creates no relationship and no entitlement: it is a request. We review each profile and may accept it or not, with no obligation arising for either party.
Benefits and discounts
The progressive 30–60% discounts and product access depend on ambassador tier and on each partner brand’s availability. They may change, and we will let active ambassadors know when they do.
Proposals to brands
Price ranges shared in a first reply are indicative. Only what is signed in the final proposal is binding.
Creator content
The content ambassadors publish is theirs and reflects their own opinion. Usage rights for each piece are agreed campaign by campaign between the creator, the brand and Venture180.

Brand and content
The Venture 180 name, its logo and the copy on this site are ours. You may quote them with attribution; you may not use them to present yourself as part of the network without our permission.
Who can apply
You must be 18 or over and able to enter into agreements on your own behalf. If you apply on behalf of a brand, you confirm that the company has authorised you to do so.
What you can’t do here
Don’t submit false information or pass yourself off as another person or company; don’t use the forms to send advertising, spam or anything unlawful; don’t scrape the site automatically or try to get around its technical limits. If any of that happens, we block the submission and may turn down future requests.
The site is offered as is
We take care to keep the information current, but the site is offered as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change it, pause it or take sections down at any time.
The limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of this site or the information on it. What does carry obligations are the signed agreements for each campaign: that is where each party’s commitments live, and nothing here limits them.
Links to other sites
When you leave here for WhatsApp, a social profile or a brand’s website, their own terms take over. We don’t control that content and we’re not responsible for it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the last revision appears above. They are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
